Hi Mike -- I love looking at old homes and these brownstones are fabulous. So is the design of your post? What technology and hosting site did you use for your slideshow? Very impressive. Also, how did you create the MLS search widget in your pos? Also very cool.

Chris, Believe it or not, the slides are simply a feature of Picasa, Google's on line photo storage. I uploaded the Brownstone photos to a single folder, put them in an order I thought was pleasing, then copied the link to embedded code into AR in HTML mode. Try it, not so hard and a bit addicting.

Mike-those are incredible properties. Looks like Franklin TN has a lot to offer. Never thought there would be $1M plus properties in that neck of the woods.

Cindy, recalling the planning when they went through the committee, I believe they were intended to be around $800k to $1 million. As they began selling, being only 24 units and in a very desirable area, they were starting at closer to $1.5 million. Now the two above are available and building lots.

Have an elderly couple that wants one, don't worry they have elevators.

Hi Mike -- Thanks for the tip on Picasa, this is much more visually interesting than simply embedding photos. How did you do the MLS widget?

Chris, the MLS Widget is embedded code from postlets.com (free of course) entered into the settings from your home or profile page.
