thanks Cindy and James. The "inspiration piece" in the living room was the area rug. We so often find that a rug is a great way to set the tome for color and style.

Lovely Jo! I didn't even notice the picture panel molding in the before of the living room until the after - love how you called our eyes to the great selling feature!

Love the photos, Jo. Great transformation from a tired old house to one with new life and pizazz. The rug works perfectly in the space.
