Currently there are 37 single family homes on the market in Millis.  The houses have an average list price of $506,000 and an average market time of 216 days.  There are five properties available for $300,000 or less. On the upper end of the scale, there are four properties listing for $700,000 or more. 

In the last week two new single family homes came on the market.  The first was a 4 bedroom colonial on Norfolk Road.  The other was a 4 bedroom colonial on Causeway Street.

No single family homes went under agreement in the last week and none were flagged to go under agreement.  This was a fairly slow week for Millis.

One single family home was sold in the last week in Millis.  It was a 4 bedroom, 8 room cape on Farm Street that sold for $295,000.

There are currently 17 condos on the market. The condo average list price is $304,000 with an average price per square foot of $165.  Average time on market is 293 days.  No new condos came onto the market but two condos were flagged to go under agreement soon.  One condo was sold this past week in Millis.  It was a 2 bedroom townhouse on Street that soldfor $212,500.
