The market is back...the market is here...move it or lose it....yahooooo !

Real estate...one of the last free market industries left. It's amazing how it's working itself out.

Dean, There is plenty of demand and given the opportunity there will be a lot of business transacted.

As we all know, real estate is "local" and in our locality, the market continues to be depressed. Although sales activity is up over last year, sales PRICES are extremely low and values will take years to recover.
