I want property with no neighbors and a great view...I don't mind if it rural I just want some privacy!!

                        O.K. how's this spot?

At the pointer of the three arrows above you can barely make out this home in Campton New Hampshire.

We are looking for 100+ acres, Water-frontage, and views of the mountains and ski slopes...and would prefer if it abutted conservation land as well.

This 114 acre property is beautiful has spectacular views and will require a bridge to be built to gain access - a small bridge for a single home will do but if developed a bridge large enough for a firetruck will be required.

We are looking for a rustic camp...post and beam possibly, it doesn't have to be on a lot of land but it has to be close to town services, close to recreation and have a fantastic view.

1966 post and beam...built into a hill side no yard 0.60 acre site walk to town, 3 miles from ski resort...needs work...dirt roads and rustic: asking price 1/2 million dollars....But this is the view from the living room.

Steve...I had a buyer I want 40+ acres surrounded by state land but not to far from good roads and great hunting.

The property...80 acres with state land on 3 sides.  Great huntings of all local species.  Access will require 1/2 mile easement form adjoining land owner and then 1400 of driveway built over bog land to get to the building site.

This property sold for full price...The State of Minnesota bought it!

Bill...Thank goodness to the government and for abutters, I first call when I get a big site...is each of the neighbors. Do you want to own the privilege of preserving your privacy?

Don't you find that most of them don't have a clue what they really want?  Ask enough questions and you will find that they want something totally different from what they originally describe!

Sharon...You have to tell people what they want...If you ask them, they wouldn't know. Buyers are fickle and if you had exactly what they are asking for it would turn out to be not exactly what they are looking for.

Steve, I agree, we have to keep our buyer on track or they will go all over the map, then I have to have a 'come to Jesus'  them.  Pie in the sky is what most people want, wouldn't you, especiallly if you are told daily all the great deals out there.

Okay buddy,I found some good jokes but I can't post the for obvious reasons, so here is what I found, not as funny as yours but it will have to do until I find something better!!  :)

Your pocket knife often doubles as a toothpick.

You have refused to watch the Academy Awards since "Smokey and the Bandit" was snubbed for best picture.

The rear tires on your car are at least twice as wide as the front ones.

You think that Dom Perignon is a mafia leader.

You think a Volvo is part of a woman's anatomy.

You've been too drunk to fish.

Jack Daniel's makes your list of "most admired people".

You won't stop at a rest area if you have an empty beer can in the car.

Your wife has a beer belly and you find it attractive. Your house doesn't have curtains, but your truck does.

You consider your license plate personalized because your dad made it in prison.

You have been fired from a construction job because of your appearance.

You need an estimate from your barber before you get a haircut.

You have flowers planted in a bathroom appliance in your front yard.

Your mother comes outta the bathroom and says, "Y'all come look at this before flush it!"

You go Christmas shopping for your mom, sister, and girlfriend, and you only need to buy one gift.

You consider pork and beans to be a gourmet food.

Terry & Bonnie, I could live without neighbors, but don't much like roughing it...so electricity and a store or two are part of my requirement.

Great pictures Steve. There is no perfect property. Buyers need some one to help them deal with the negatives so they can see past them to the positives.

I'd love to have one of those properties, unfortunately, the other half DOESN'T.  So I just dream.

Debbie.  Don't understand why you couldn't post em, but I sure enjoyed rading them.
