Through the Multiple Listing Service, you can sign up for the Client Portal and it costs you nothing. All you need to do is call me or send me an e-mail with your requirements i.e., number of bedrooms and baths, garage, basement, subdivision etc.. and I will create a search that is specifically for you. Every time a listing meets your criteria, including homes that are reduced into your price range, you will receive an e-mail. You can view them at your leisure, discard the ones in which you are not interested and save the ones you like. And if you change your mind on one of your parameters? No problem, just send me an e-mail with what you would like to change and I'll take care of it.
