Once upon a time, a sign sold the house.  Not anymore.  Classifieds have been outed by internet ads, which are almost invisible unless there are many pictures and a virtual 360 tour.

Personalized branded websites hold the keys to all of the above when the listings can be fed to dozens of different sites with virtual tours, area maps, school info, shopping, etc...all included.

Technology has helped us sell properties to a buyer across town, or across the globe.

Now, however, I would like to go back to basics.  I would like to use all of the above, yet use my imagination for some snazzy headlines on my ad copy.  Paper and internet ads alike.  I'm going to put it to the test and see what if any impact a new headline will have on my listings.  I'll start with my most recent, and track all calls and inquiries with care.

Any ideas, on what has worked for you, or a spinoff on something new in your area of the country.

Lately my most successful has been "Not a shortsale, Not a Foreclosure", which is a spinoff of my original "Foreclosure NOT!".  Very good response, but overused by far and no longer an attention grabber.

Please feel free to share any ideas you would'nt mind me jazzing up a bit and bringing to the Daytona Beach area.  I hope to hear from all parts of the country.

Thanks in advance.
