In the Real Estate industry, when things go well, life is wonderful. But from time to time, things don’t go so well.
Little things like a total economic meltdown can put a blemish on an otherwise great day!
Or, your buyer clients decided Little Johnny should come to look at houses with them.
But Little Johnny decided instead to puke up Cheetos all over the back seat of your car…before you even got to your first appointment!
Or your sellers decided to hold their very own La Tomatina Festival in their living room…the night before an interested buyer is coming back for a second viewing!
Well, you get the idea.
But no matter how bad your day ever gets, it’s probably not as bad as the day this guy just had…
So, remember, life is short. Keep smiling. And, even if you’re having a bad day, things could always be worse!
Oh, and just for the record, I’m having a great day! I just needed a vehicle in which to incorporate this video into!
Have a great day my friends!

Thanks Craig! I had one of those days...not a bad day, just one of those days where nothing went right. That video made me feel a lot better and now I am smiling :-)
I had a busy day, which translates to a GREAT one! Getting ready to sign off, and this was a great post to send me out the door smiling (and keeping everyone wondering!!).
That cheeto kid gives me the creeps. I learned long ago not to let people eat in my car. I once had a guy who smoked in my car. I didn't like it but I was afraid not to! Fun blog, Craig.
Well done Craig! I've had a great week so far and plan to continue in that direction! I have new clients to meet and houses to sell and lack the time it takes to be un-happy! <!:)
Craig...I found a Half eaten Hamburger under my Driver-side seat today, the last time I had a young-ish kid in the car was 11 days ago...no worries I was a bit hungry and you can't let food go to waste.
Craig, I got in my car today and it smelled like rotten eggs, someone let one rip before I got in, ugh....all I could do to not loose itl myself. Can we all just go to the bathroom befote going out!!!
If I drove a fork lift that would be my luck, that's why I' a Realtor.....although I love my chain saw!!
Craig: Even though I figured that's how the video would end I still thought "bummer" at the end (okay, I didn't say bummer, but what I really said wasn't printable her on AR)...some days just go like that...some days you're the windshield, some days your the bug....hee!
Barbara - Now why on Earth would you not let people eat in your car but you let some guy smoke in your car? Neither is allowed in my car. Even if they're on fire, they can't smoke in my car!!!
Wanda - Now that's the glass is always more than half full kind of attitude I like!
Steve - I'm with you my friend! Why let good food go to waste!
Andrea - It's all part of the full service I provide!
Charles - I do something like that at least once a week!
Cecily - Some days you're the windshield, some days your the bug! Well said Cecily!
Debi - Once again, it's all part of the full service I provide!
Jason - I saw a follow up to that incident on the news and the only injuries sustained were to that guy's ego. Had it been any worse, I would never have posted it. It's never funny if someone gets hurt.
Sybil - There was no audio with the video. But you can imagine the sound it must have made!
Debi - I reported it first! I reported it first!!!
Michael - I did see a follow up to this story and they said the only thing hurt was the guy's ego! And your suggestion of soundtrack is perfect!
Laura - Good job taking the positive out of the negative! I like your attitude!
Toula - Not only was it caught on video, it made it to YouTube where the whole world now knows of this mishap!
Cindy - I saw a follow up to that incident on the news and the only injuries sustained were to that guy's ego. Had it been any worse, I would never have posted it. By the way, when you "crashed" last night, I hope it wasn't as bad as this guy's crash!
Hey Craig.....still crazy after all these weeks I see :-) Glad the guy is OK, I'm sure his ego is pretty badly bruised....better than his butt I suppose.
Dear Craig,
I have always been a glass half full sort of person, but some days are harder than others. Thanks for sharing the hysterical forklift vidieo. It puts the bad day thing into perspective! LOL
Keep smiling my friend!
Betina
Hey, Craig. Well, like you said, it can only get better after that. Or at least I hope. I am glad to hear that you are having a great day. Smiles all around, Jim
Hi Craig, that is a terrific video for a terrifically bad day! I'm going to watching those forklifts at the stores I go to a lot more carefully now! I think you did a great job building the post around the video :-)
That video...I am totally speechless (a rare occasion) I am betting that in Russia, destruction of that much Vodka would result in prison time...or worse!
Mary - Watch those forklifts! Thanks for the kudos my friend!
Nevin - That person is definitely in some serious trouble!
Russell - I'm thinking that guy is going to be sentenced to 100 lashings with a wet noodle and then subjected to daily public humiliation in the Red Square if that was in fact vodka he destroyed!
Barbara - No joke Barbara. This really happened.
Kathy - Well if you're smiling then my work is done for the day! Goodnight!
What a great job you did on building a good message around this hysterical video. You have given me an idea for a post. I'm so glad to hear this guy was not hurt seriously. I'm still smiling..thanks for a wonderful post!
