VIVA VEGAS! Luxury Real Estate Update - November 2009.

Sorry ya'll, too busy to write much this month.

Greetings fellow keyboarders. How are you? I didn't have time to write much (or include many links) this month. The good news is that I'm wanted (which means I'm out there, getting rid of pollution, and challenging the institution). If you like the attitude for which I stand, I ask for your hand. I ask you to rise up, encourage self actualization, and to join my pack.

I do not apologize for being the only one of me and the most connected agent in the city of Sin. I play to win and always grin. It's just life, I accept my energy. I didn't become successful until I learned that it was ok to just be me. It is ok to be the best and to be confident of your accomplishments.

I encourage everyone to live free of fear, free of judgment, and free of being afraid to fully let go. I'm proof that it works. I lead my own life, am the leader of my own team, and take care of my family. I live within inner circles, yet am as humbled as a human can be. I'm better than no man, woman, child, bacteria, animal, or tree. We are one.

Even when I was called crazy (well, I'm called it often), I just continued forward and my career has become incredible. Did you know that it's estimated that only 5 percent of those closest to you truly want you to succeed? EGO is a bitch. Want to receive a great gift this holiday season? Ignore others' fear and pay specific attention to your feelings.

Happily, after six years of trying to share my message about several important intangibles of Las Vegas, I was able to get a big journalist to listen. And while I refrained from calling anyone out (Aaron 2.0 lives in love), I was encouraged, yet not surprised, it took a global-type journalist to listen.

The above photo is me filming for the Travel Channel and/or NBC News in So. Cal with Chuck Henry last week on the Vegas Strip (I grew up watching this guy in LA). With Chuck, I shared encouraging (often neglected) info about my city.

I want to let you know that my cousin toP haT and I have spent much time in "the field". What does that mean? It means we've been going out and strengthening strategic relationships with crucial people in the city. I will help you build and incredible life in The Entertainment Capitol of the World. Join me, I want you in my click. Together, we become stronger and more powerful.

We're the people who CEOs call when they want secret tables at the clubs. We sign NDAs with corporate executives when they fly in. Basically, from Vegas' most exciting real estate to Vegas' most thrilling nightlife perks, we're the reason Vegas had to invent "What Happens Here Stays Here".

Also, I make a pretty big appearance in the documentary film "Addicted to Money" which will debut in Australia on November 5th (then hits European and American shores). In the film, I share my opinions on the Las Vegas real estate market, as well as my opinions on the planet's economy and spirituality as a whole. I appear with global economist David McWilliams (who flew to interview me after he was in New York interviewing Hillary Clinton). Just who the hell do I think I am?!



I wish you and your family a warm holiday season.

Enjoy the festivities and remember to help someone in need. Remember to accept, share in the gratitude of season with your family, and forgive those who have hurt you. Only your own EGO can stop you from experiencing love. EGO is not what you think (if someone appears stuck up, etc. it is your own insecurity and self fear).

Try not to judge others, see contrast as beauty and choice, be at peace with yourself, and enjoy the abundance of magic that you start to obtain. Take delight in the romance of living.

While I may look a tad bizarre to some (depending on their own insecurities and EGO), I am great. My body is rocking from exercise, my cheeks are flush from passion, my heart is pumping by being in love, I don't judge people, nor do I take offense when someone doesn't like me. That is their privilege, it is not my right to persuade them otherwise (nor would I wish to).

The most grateful city in America.

Rather than looking at it negatively, I've learned what a blessing my city and I have been given. Vegas is not the country's hardest hit city. We are the country's most humbled city.

Vegas stands as the beacon of American freedom. Our people are grateful for you and your travels to our state. MGM MIRAGE CityCenter has now received multiple Gold LEED certifications (the media is reporting that ARIA is now the world's largest Gold LEED certified hotel.) That is important and is worthy of you telling a friend.
