Smart squirrel. He's got a high and dry, three sided home with protection from the snow and winds that are coming! Love seeing the beautiful autumn leaves!

Karen, Just be sure your roof shingles are tight around the perimeter or they will nest in your walls. Then you have a real problem not easy to solve. I had nesting flying squirrels find a way into my home under roof shingles and they were a nightmare to get out.

Hi Karen, funny post. We have the same thing here. Birds and squirrels make nests in the strangest of places. Have a great and productive day! :)

Jackie They are cute which allows them to get away with a lot of mischief and damage.

Karen, that is so funny! Three walls, a roof and a gas fireplace to boot!

We try to keep the squirrels at bay here. Luckily we only have 2, Fred & Ethyl and they don't seem to be able to have any more. A weird but very nice blessing. I love the fact that your home is like ours and backs up to the woods. I could never live anywhere else. The solitude and tranquility is unbeatable!
