How many Real Estate agents are sick and tired of hearing how awful buying and selling a home is? If it's not the prices of the homes dropping, it's now interest rates going up. I am a firm believer that most Americans want the AMERICAN dream which is owning their own home.
I believe as Professional Realtors we need to educate the buyers and sellers that not everything is true when it comes to the news and what they read in the paper. News is meant to grab the readers attention or viewers attention by stating how terrible things are.
Well, I have news for them.
They better stop trying to scare the pants off of buyers and sellers and allow people to ENJOY owning a piece of AMERICA.
a positive attitude is the answer. Don't let people scare you out of what you want.
