Octoberfest Is Over, Now It's Time To Get Serious

We ended last month with a children's Trick or Treat party, and for the adults, a Chili Cookoff Octoberfest Celebration. Both will go down in the books as events to remember. We are now entering the typically seasonally challenging month of November in the midwest with a plentiful load of transactions in the hopper, for which we are extremely grateful. I honestly don't believe it is just the First-Time Homebuyer Credit in full force as the investors seem to be on the prowl and making things happen too.
