RainCamp is Coming To San Francisco

The ActiveRain RainCamp Tour is Official!  Our first ever RainCamp in Seattle was sold out in just two weeks.  Now there's a demand by many of our members and non members to bring RainCamp to cities all across the Country.  As you can imagine, this is a huge undertaking for our staff and team. There are so many details that go into setting up this event, but our members and guests are not only worth it, they deserve it.

The "Rainergy" and "Buzz" that comes from a RainCamp is like no other event I've ever experienced.  You have to witness it for yourself to understand and grasp the full value and impact it will have on you, your Business, your relationships in your community, and the industry.  Here's what a few of the folks from RainCamp Seattle had to say:

RainCamp is coming to San Francisco on December 2nd, 2009 for a full day packed with great content, presentations, and some of the most useful and applicable ideas and processes that you can implement immediately into your Social Media, Networking, and Blogging Business Strategy and Plan. The Location and Venue we've selected is once again a "Top Notch" off the hook spot.

MarketLeader will be our official Platinum Sponsor for the next 6 RainCamps on the tour schedule.

WHAT IS RAINCAMP

How is RainCamp different from other Conferences?

  • Walk away with executables you can put into action immediately.
  • Hard core real estate technology education. This is not a fluff event!!

Brad, do you involve any of the locals in the coordinations?  I'm just wondering for when you head to Miami =)

10:59am • #8

Hi Maggie - we definitely welcome the local support and expertise. We also put together some pretty powerful speaker panels, including special guests, etc.  It's always nice to have the "Local" eyes and ears involved when cordinating RainCamps out of our familiar areas.

Definitely add our notifications to your list so you'll know when we're coming to Miami.  Thanks. :-)

Brad,

As an ActiveRain Confirmed Loan Officer in Burlingame, just south of San Francisco, I am ecstatic! I have been helping real estate agents with their blogging efforts using ActiveRain as the platform. I have invited all of the agents I know, and have informed sales reps at the local title companies about RainCamp. I am looking forward to a great turn-out from real estate agents from San Mateo County!

Hi Pacita - not sure what happened to that link, I'll fix it. In the meantime you can use the registration at the bottom of the post (just select ticket quantity and then click the checkout button) or you can register on the sidebar of my Blog.  Just click on the Red "Register Now" button. You don't need to be a social butterfly to gain a great deal from Rain Camp. With the exception of Ben Kinney, I didn't talk to a single person I didn't already know at Rain Camp Seattle.  Still walked away with a ton of info that was relevant to my business.  High D's will gain much from Rain Camp, put it on your calendar.

Man, I was feeling blue - we have gotten so much rain here in New Jersey and I see your post and think:

"All that talk of opportunities, TV breaks and movies
Rang true, sure rang true.

Seems it never rain in Southern California
Seems I've often heard that kind of talk before
It never rains in California
But girl, don't they warn ya
It pours man it pours.
Out of work, I'm out of my head
Out of self respect I'm out of bread
I'm under loved I'm under fed"

And, then I see it has a price tag. Oh, boy. I can't afford that in NJ. Did ya hear re sales are down?

Whoah! Those 50 tickets went fast, I can't believe they are gone already. Thanks for the email letting me know.

I am going to ask the gang if we can extend the early adopter tickets another day or two.  I don't think anyone anticipated them being gone in just the first 36 hours.  Let me see if I can get it extended at least through the weekend.  I can't make any promises, but I will certainly try.

Thanks you guys for helping to already make the SF RainCamp a success!!  You all totally rock!!  :-)

10:46pm • #63

Cool - we are extending the early adopter tickets from 50 to 100 total.  The update and changes have already been made to the eventbrite calendar, so for those of you who wanted that early rain pricing, we made it happen for ya.  Thanks again for such a great response and for all your support, it will be an awesome event, I promise.  :-))

Brad,

I don't see me making it to any Rain Camps at this point. Any chance you might tape one of them for folks like me?

12:51am • #73

Hi Fran - For you, anything.  I can try to tape some portions, but it's a full packed day.  The most my flip video will hold is an hour.  I'm not too sure how many would even watch a video that long.  What's worse, I wouldn't know what to NOT record, the entire event is a Blast!!   Just come Fran, then you can video what you want to take home and remember and keep what's most important to you.

The video I put in this post took me a couple days to edit and put together, and it's under 2 minutes. Could you imagine what it would take to do an entire day at raincamp?  lol~   Seriously, Just Get your ticket, and we'll see you there....  and don't forget your camera.
