What to do in this situation? I used to try and respond to those who like to leave negative comments to findout why they were drinking "Hater-ade" that day ... but now I just delete them because;
"Never argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell who the idiot is."

Good advice, I have this homeowner who keeps posting negative comments on my No Fee Mortgage Spokane he keeps talking about how happy he is with his no fee mortgage and posting things like "B of A rocks!" and " all you mortgage brokers are in deep sh#t... LOL"
I cant believe people take the time to be mean.

I think it is mainly from those who have the "better than you" attitude ... or my favorite, those with a "God Complex" ...
