As of today Tuesday November 3, 2009 there are 246 Active homes for Sale in Woodbridge VA which is located in Prince William County VA.  That is a lot less than the 1230 we had on the market on August 23, 2008.  So recovery is well under way.  Prince William County Virginia is located in in Northern Virginia on I-95 and it is a suburb of Washington DC.

Alexander-Slocum REMAX Team - Vancouver WA Real Estate (RE/MAX equity group, inc. - Vancouver Washington)  Inventory is really down and that is a good thing.  I also there there is a healthy number of contracts.

Ellen, many of the homes that I saw in Prince William county seemed very reasonable for the Virginia area.  Happy to hear things are turning around for you and that inventory is moving. 

Also, I know many people are relocating from the Virgina and DC area to here in Madison and Huntsville.  I'd be happy to work with any of your clients coming this way, just say the word and I'll take great care of them.
