What are your prices looking like. Have they been going up any from the lows?

Renee,

I have a chance to be working with a man that just moved back from North Las Vegas and took the same type of job here as a EMT. He said he would move back to Las Vegas in a minute just for the food. Nice guy; he and I sat around eating "red hots" which are Chicago dogs at a kosher hot dog place in Milwaukee. He absolutely loved it there.

Looks like there are some nice over 55 active communities. I think a lot of seniors will find them just the right thing for them.

Good Local Information like this just proves my point that,

All REAL ESTATE IS LOCAL AND YOUR REALTOR SHOULD BE TOO!

Hi Renee! WOW, now those are some GREAT numbers! And, of course, your graph sums it up so beautifully! We need more 55+ communities here--our baby boomers are booming!

Richard: While the sun cities haven't been hit has hard (price decline-wise) as the rest of the valley, this Sun City has due to it's age (it's a baby).

Tom: We are lucky to have some world class dining here!

John: you couldn't be more right about all real estate being local!

Teri: Thanks for stopping by! Our sold units are improving and prices have been stable since May. No quick appreciation (I am going to blame it on HVCC) allowed with lending these days!

Debe: We are blessed to have such an abundance of Age Restricted communities offering a wide variety of amenities in our valley!
