The Internet has changed the market and now about 80% of buyers begin their home search online.

True- Also there are some buyers who enjoy driving around independently, getting an overview of neighborhoods they are considering buying in. However, the net is providing many people the opportunity to browse and get a good idea of where prices are adjusting to and how much home they would be able to buy.
