That's awesome... can't you jkust see a dinosaur from Jurassic Park eating someone out of that outhouse! LOL

There's an app for that. SitOrSquat:Bathroom Finder! Great pic!

Can one get a FHA loan on that property, or are we stuck with a Convential? I need the full seller consession allowed.

Linda - We just watched Jurassic Park not long ago, and this reminded me of that scene, too. :=>

Tricia - Does that app tell you which bathrooms don't have auto flush for the lil ones who are afraid of them? Of course, the alternative in the photo has it's own issues... :-)

Bob - Since it doesn't have an acceptable heat source to each room, it won't make FHA - maybe 203k, though. :->
