I can certainly see why you took the photo. Very interesting.

I saw something today , a sort of biology 101 thing. There was bee that obviously was downed but still alive. I watched as the lizard who obviously encountered these little creatures before, went and took a very fast bite near the head of the bee . He left the bee to die there for about an hour. Obviously knowing that a bee was not quite dead and can still use his  stinger power. He came back when the bee was finally dead to take off his prey.I didn't photograph it as I had a lot of work to do but found it interesting and pleased to witness a small bit nature in the raw.
