How To Fix That UGLY MLS Bathroom Picture

Here is an easy way to fix that ugly MLS bathroom picture you were going to take. STOP and don't do it. Take a picture of the park instead or the gateway coming into the neighborhood or just a nice picture of an apple pie or something but please not the ugly bathroom picture. The bottom picture is of a retention pond at Grayson Pond in Virginia Beach taken around sunset or so.

That's a good idea. The bathroom picture does nothing to promote the listing!!

Someone has to say it! Thanks. A picture really is worth a thousand words. I have seen so many bad pictures on MLS - it makes you wonder whether they are trying to sell the house.

I concur. The bathroom picture never comes out well. It amounts to a snapshot of the toilet and a corner of the sink or shower.

When reading the heading, my thoughts were, "Don't upload it." I see we think alike. Nice pond picture.

Gene - Wow - as a home stager I couldn't agree with you more! The object of photos is to bring buyers in and the pond would bring me in!

Gene - The pond shot is a great enhancement for the set of MLS photos.

I agree about not posting it on MLS but would take a picture, just in case they want to see the bathroom tile etc, etc.

Or you could try to make the bathroom look more inviting ... sorry, I couldn't resist!! Don't you just love Photoshop?

Definitely dont post a bad picture of a bathroom, but work on your skills and equipment to take a good photograph of the bathroom as the photo will let prospective buyers know if the bathroom is up to date or not....
