i would highly recommend against buying anything from Metro Housing Group.  i bought from them. horrible craftsmanship, flat out lies, bait and switch, you name it.  they hire a contractor for the work who hires the shadiest of the shady.  ask anyone who lives in the Touraine on the corner of 31st and Colonial Ave.  It is absolutely amazing to me that NHRA still partners with these crooks.  dont say you were not warned.
