Are you claiming that with this system 100% would close within 90 days? No one has the silver bullet for short sales. If someone did they wouldn't be an agent/broker anymore. They would be selling this fool proof system to others. The market, lenders and guidelines used by lenders etc change so frequently that no one not even CDPE agents can make that kind of promise.
