Another Hump Day as we head on our way to another Super Southern California Weekend!  A fantastic day on tap, mid 60's at the beaches, mid 80's downtown, and upper mid 90's in the inland areas all under clear, sunny skies.

The LA Times reporting Real Estate internet scams.  Check out the Business Section. Unfortunately, real estate is not the only business for internet scammers... The scam artists have invaded many professions and made consumers leery.  As we've reported in the past; be careful.  When selling for example we've found that using a cut rate internet based listing company is NOT the best thing for serious sellers.  We feel you need a local agent from an actual brokerage in the area for best results. Same thing applies when buying.  You need someone with local knowledge on the ground who knows the market.  You do get what you pay for in this case.  Would you trust your largest investment to someone you don't know?  That's our take anyway.

The Open House market was good again yesterday.  The market is back.  We've found... priced right equals quick sale.  Remember that!
