Jo,

It's a great location for anyone working in the Meadowvale Corporate Business Park etc.

There are 6,000 plus people working at the Royal Bank complex less than 5 minutes away.

Hi Carole,

It's a beautiful lot....very peaceful considering how close to Toronto it is. It's ideal for someone who wants a custom home built.

Kathy,

How true! There are very few lots available in the GTA area...especially at this price and in such a sought after area.

hi Brian,

How right you are!! This is a prime area with so many people working nearby....they wouldn't have far to travel to work.

Oh My Jo - here in NW IN you could get a home on an acre or more for less that just the lot - travel to Chicago (the biggest nearby city)  would be 45 min by train/car.

real estate is certainly a local business.

sincerely,

Grace

hi Grace,

Yes, I was in awe of how low your prices are. This is generally a very expensive area due to the proximity to Toronto, the capital of Ontario.
