Hi Stewart... based on the prices, some of the HOA expenses seem very reasonable by Dallas standards... are these highrise buildings (with more amenities) or more "townhouse style" (limited amenities) condos?

Looks like some great local information...and this just drives home my point, "All Real Estate is Local and Your REALTOR Should be Too!"

Steve - These condos are all in low-rise buildings without full-service amenities.

The high-rise condo buildings are in Century City and Westwood, where HOA dues can be as much as a few thousand dollars per month.

John - I totally agree that Realtors should stick to the areas they know and understand. Thanks for commenting.

Hey there, Stewart....I have to make a comment sinilar to John. Sell what you KNOW! I can not and will not pretend to be a Raleigh area NC agent - Raleigh encompasses Cary, Garner, ITB< Wake Forest, Knightdale, and MANY MANY More small towns. I don't live in them, my son doesn't go to school in one of the other towns, i don't know what the parks are like.....you get my point! I love your marketing - FOCUSED!

That's a good snapshot, but wasn't certain if it was for the week or the month. Prices and HOA dues are not that far off from Honolulu, and Waikiki, Hawaii.

It must be very exciting for you to work with such high end luxury properties as the ones listed here!

Did you begin your carreer in California working with such properties or did you start smaller and work up to these?
