I know they were just Turkeys but they were from another county and I couldn't resisit. I loved the leaves all over the ground from this tree, it was a beautiful site.
It was a rainy day at Lake Lure, but it didn't phase us one bit. We enjoyed ever rain drop and peak of sunshine now and then. We are so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. This is why I feel like I am on vacation all the time. Lake Lure is a man made lake only about 2.5 hours from my house. Chimney Rock is about 10 minutes from this spot.
