Maple leaf by Teri Eckholm Realtor

Fall and all of it's beautiful colors are all but a memory in Anoka County and the north and east Twin Cities metro area. While we have a few reminders as we rake, blow and mulch leaves off of our lawns, it won't be long until we are covered with that winter white stuff. Enjoy the beauty of fall while we can!

The fall is just not long enough for me~  It seems there is a whole lot more white stuff than there is colorful stuff.... and oh my all those acorns!  I am pooped~~

Teri, I love the picture.  I miss the pretty fall colors.  I saw a teeny bit today but that is all we get is a teeny bit.  Our leaves just turn brown and fall.

Teri,
The photo is great.  We don't get much color here but I did get to see more when I traveled to the western part of NC recently.

Teri, The photo should be framed, it's beautiful!  We didn't have as much color as I've seen in past years....and they're falling rapidly now :(  Even fall is going by way too quickly.

The colors were great this year but I'm just about fed up with leaves right about now.

Karen--Thanks...We were in FL for the peak of the colors this year. Saw some of their changed leaves. Sad that you miss out on the beauty...but AR provides. :)

Leah--I am sure everyone will love to see them!

Yvette&Dennis--Thank you...it was a bit staged with great leaves and rocks. But nature did provide the beautiful color.

Jared&Amanda--You are welcome!

Joan--I too wish they stayed on the trees longer as they don't look so great on the lawn.

Marney--It is mostly over now...always miss the beautiful colors of fall.

Marchel--Our colors weren't as brilliant this year with the drought but some stood out. I would love the warmer winters TX provides but would miss the changing seasons.

Cynthia--It is quite a beautiful show that nature provides when you get a chance to see don't you think? Glad you were able to experience it as there is nothing like the beauty of the changing fall colors.

Carole--Why thank you! I appreciate it that you enjoyed so much.

Terry&Bonnie--Ditto!

Lynda--It was...last year. Not so brilliant this year...and it is pretty much over now. But always my favorite time of year.

Tony&Darcy--Thank You both!

We've got the leaves falling...have you heard if FL is getting any WHITE STUFF this year?  ☼  Are there any somewhat reliable theories on when it's going to be a really cold winter?  I had a friend "here" say when the acorns fall from the oaks early it gets really cold here...guess we'll see!  But then again OUR COLD vs. YOUR COLD is quite a different story!  Enjoy what's left of Fall up there...we're looking forward to shutting off the A/C for a few months but it hasn't happened yet.
