Maine Home Title Search Time On This One...Oh..(Looking At Watch) About 10 Minutes At The Aroostook Deed Registry.

In Maine, going back for a forty year title search is standard.

But on this home one family owned it, lived maine home for sale, me real estate

here since 1946 so pretty simple search in the Southern Aroostook Registry Of Deeds.

Here's what excites us on this one. On the one hand the expensive, nice to have items like a new furnace, updated tilt in vinyl windows, new roof, siding have been done, taken care up, all updated. Those are essentials..but not the eye candy, the fun stuff.

So on the other hand, the old original formal dining room tin ceiling, the raised panel 25' long formal parlor ceiling are still here, protected, enjoyed. So are the archways, the extra rear den with fireplace.
