First time home buyer's program extended and expanded!!! $8,000 credit

Yes, it looks like the governement is going to extend and also expand the first time home buyers program that gives up to $8,000 back to first time home buyers. This is good news for everyone, buyers, sellers and the economy. It also helps out the jobless and small businesses too.
