Cloverdale Park

This is a picture of Neabsco Creek taken at Cloverdale Park in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Cloverdale Park

Mini rapids :-)  Imagine dipping your toes in that on a crisp fall day!

So beautiful!  Makes me reminisce of when I was young and my parents took us upstate NY where we played in the streams and brooks catching frogs and other critters.

Tamara - I'm sure it would be nice to dip your toes in the creek in the summer. I just think it is a little too cold right now to do it.

Hi Robert, there's no way I would even think about taking my shoes off in that cold water, way too cold for my tootsies!

Hi Karen!  I didn't have to wander too far, Cloverdale Park is not too far from my house.

Nice photo and location. It looks very peaceful. Is it ever used for trout fishing?

Maybe in some parts.  Where this picture was taken is just a small creek.  I definitely didn't see any fish this time around.
