Tax Credit

Looks like this thing is going to get signed by the president, and they added a little cheese on top of it for move up buyers. Not quite sure how to market to move up buyers because most of them in that time frame are living with negitive equality on their homes. I guess the pitch will be, the goverment just fave you 6500$ worth of equity. Any thoughts

As a realtor, I'm glad for this. As a taxpayer and U.S. citizen, I'd much rather the government would stay out of all this and take steps to increase our country's productivity and cut ALL taxes to spark the economy.
