As far as pricing goes (November 5, 2009). New builds start in the mid 100's and there are 17 active resale listings ranging from $131000-649000!

Renee, That's a wide range in price, are some of the homes on large lots?

Renee, Yellowstone, cool, love the name! It sounds like a great community with much to offer in ammenities! If I can get my clients house sold I'll be sending the to you because the want to buy in Vegas. We have lowerd the price but the absorbtion rate is about 6 months in thier area. Have a great day!!

Yellowstone at mountains edge looks and sounds like a great place. I was pondering if there are people that come up with all these great names for subdivisions and projects. You just never know when you could see a guy with his big dog walking down a Las Vegas street.

Frank & Sharon: IT is and I took a ton of pictures with mtns in the background yesterday but it was close to sunset so I got an awful glare from the sun peeking near the mountains! Some other day I guess!

Rich: Some are, the high price is not justified however!

Debbie: Let me know if you want them set up an auto drip to catch the bug and get even more motivated!

Nevin: LOL! the street names and subdivision names are very "yellowstone-y" too. I get a kick out of some of our subdivisions here. There is one sub with rocker names for streets like "Van Halen" and "Clapton".

Tom: I will have to go see if there is a sub with dog names. We will have to get you hooked up with a home on "German Shepherd Blvd"
