I'm happy to announce that I have earned the designation Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)after completing extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. Many people do not completely understand the Short Sale process. I was one until I took this training. Now I do and I am looking forward to helping those homeowners who may be suffering financial instability and facing foreclosure. Often there are other options; SHORT SALE.
