As I have stated before, the majority of my blogging has been done on the Active Rain network. Its where I got my start and I will of course continue contributing. But I also think its time I started venturing out on my 'own' a little bit. And here we are - I am writing a blog post on my own website! And what is my topic today? Its a simple one yet one that can't be emphasized and/or discussed often enough - tip for the first time buyer! First time buyers are always out there and are always, always looking for information. Its our job as Real Estate Professionals to provide that help :)

Isn't ActiveRain The greatest!! keep posting.

I believe you may attract more readres by BLOGGING here and linkin on your site. THE AR network works to drive pople to you and your expertice. I do know that most consumers who find that they need to click again to see your BLOG will most likely click somewhere else.

Your topic is right on the money

Kaushik - I blog here and at BBQ Capital. Make no mistake about it, I'm glad I do both. AR is fabulous for google searches. My other blog is picked up on page one of MSN, Ask and Yahoo! So it cannot hurt.

You are one of the guys I respect out there. Keep up the good work!

Kaushik, good luck with your new site, I hope you get a lot of activity on it. As far as the topic of First Time Homebuyers, I agree with you, the more information that you can give them the better.

Good luck with the site. I work with a lot of first time home buyers. Let me know if any of your clients need any mortgage services, I work weekends. I live in Chandler and my office is in Scottsdale so I'm anywhere in between.

You are so right, first time home buyers will always be there, it is our job to educate them. If we are the ones that educate them, we will be the ones to sell them that first home.

Good info, does your site provide this stuff to have your potential buyers leave some kind of trail to follow up with? If so these strict requirements in the ariticle may send many away because they don't hit on items recommended. Best of luck out there.
