“The biggest difference in this foreclosure market is that we’ve been more intentional and focused on our digital marketing strategy to really capture the public’s attention in both giving our listings exposure and also to create an awareness with buyers who are looking to shop and buy. A lot of my agents are embracing a digital marketing strategy this year; blogging, online farm areas…. our production is up because of it.”
