So You Want to Know More About MeMe?

Thanks to Shawn McElhinney I have been MeMe again for the 3rd time. I am truly honored that people want to know more about me. What can I write that you don't know from my first two posts.

Ok here are five more things that you might not know about me

I was a Theatre Major at Florida State University. (Go Noles!!!)
I love to Travel. Italy is my favorite I have been three times. I think somewhere along my bloodlines I have some Italian in me. I could live in Rome.
I am very direct and to the point
Since I grew up in Miami I love the Dolphins. (bring back Marino)
I enjoy playing Golf. Problem is work gets in the way sometimes..

Now I need some advice from you my readers about my picture. Should I change or keep it?

Hey Matt, Good to learn more about you. I like the new picture better. It would really look good if you gave it a white background.

Bryant, Ok ... I don't think you know this about me 6th... I don't know how to do that....:-)

Sorry, can't help ya on the white background thing. I am lost on those sorts of things! Hell, I can get lost in a cardboard box though.....

First off, I have personally flown to Rome twice and loved it. Only problem is I didn't get to spend more than a day there each time.

Secondly, let's go play golf sometime. I need an excuse to get out there, but you have to promise not to laugh as I haven't played in nearly two years.

I'm done traveling for a while..4.5 hrs was enough. I did not know you were a theatre major..you know I was in that entertainment business in NY.

I need to try Italy again... it was hell as a backpacker when I went after college

my wife did the red carpet treatment and when they found out she is a chef the concierge got her hooked up at restaurants and hotels....

my favorite travel destinations are London and Prague...

Robert, Any time you want to play.... We will leave the camera's home... to hide my swing..:-)

Neal, I did not know that Neal. My Uncle was a head electrician and won a Tony for Peter Pan

David, I have not been to either. I really enjoyed Morocco...

Don't change your photo...I told you your current one makes it look like you are welcoming the world!

I couldn't get to Morocco... they were having a transportation strike so the trains to Marrakesh and Casablanca were not running... I heard Rabat is nothing special...

I don't like either photo... shave man!

What do you think everyone? I never would have guessed a day over 25. :)

Thanks for a little more of you! As for the pics...I like the new one...why'd you cut off your son? Now I'm going to say cut off half of you and then it'll be nice..just kidding. I think Caleb's picture inspired me to say that...haha! BTW....I think you have Italian too and I vote for the new one....with a nice background.

Neal, I am so confused....Some people say change it... I like the one I have been using..( I was thiner than)

David, We had a car service take us... it was so cheap why take a bus. You missed out... What a great place. The whole country was awesome. They loved americans.

Sally, Thank you.. I don't like to place my son in my photos. I think it looks like I am trying so hard. Nothing beats the food..... oh... now I am hungry..:-)

They are both good but the picture of you with your son in it may be an asset in dealing with potential women buyers. After all, if they see on your site a picture of you with your son, it will subconsciously result in them having a greater trust in you. And considering the importance of trust in the field we work in, those kinds of advantages should not be overlooked. (I realize what I say above is politically incorrect but it is what it is.)

Age-wise, you do not look over 40 in the photos Matthew...37 tops.

Shawn,, Gee thanks 37.. I am not sure of what picture yet.

Regarding pictures, if you are OK with it, let your son stay in it. People, especially women, generally prefer working with a "family" man (or woman). Family show stability and people like that. Just my opinion anyways.

Neither pic... they are both scary. I think you should just use a picture of your son, like I do with my daughter. We need to draw people in, not scare them away. :) But if I had to pic, current.

Jason, I know you would say something like that.... Maybe I can find a batman...? (inside joke)

Batman???... I have grown up... Or have I?

Seems like we have a real bat problem here... I think a logo might be better than a pic. :)
