I was scouring around the internet, and landed on this Realtor website in Vancouver Canada.  He has alot of video blogs, but this one caught my attention.

Then I went to sleep.

I woke up, and I saw this headline on my PC.

"Fannie Mae getting into the Rental business!"

Here is the article for you reading pleasure.  Basically it is almost like keys for deed, except now it is "Deed for Lease".  My question is if you can't pay your mortgage, will you be able to pay the lease.  I think the rate would be about the same as the people who get a second chance with the mortgage.  What is that statistic again 40% success rate.

Yes I think government is a better system to run everything.  They make all the right decisions and really think it through.  Or NOT!

That is scary! I can't imagine banks wanting to get into the rental business.  They have a hard enough time trying to sell their property.
