Hi Jo,

Do you do these seminars yourself or do you invite speakers in with you. The first time buyers seminar has all but disappeared here but at one time it was a wonderful way to inform and build a following. We all should get to basics and do these again.

Thank you Carole.

It's an excellent opportunity for first time buyers to gain in knowledge about the home buying process and at the same time meet some of the professionals in the real estate field and, perhaps, save money as well!

Hi William,

We have a home inspector, a CMHC representative, a lawyer and two mortgage reps giving presentations as well as Denise and myself.

Getting back to basics is always a good idea and it helps those new to the home buying process at the same time.

Hi Brian,

Yes, I've held them before and they are an excellent way for first time buyers to become informed and possibly save money when they buy a home. It's also good for the professionals involved as they meet new people who they may be able to help during the home buying process.

Jo, good luck.  I think it's beneficial for people to attend these - especially first time buyers.
They will be able to make a much more informed/educated purchase.
