On the afternoon of Friday, October 2^nd, 2009 in Washington, DC the crowd fell under a unanimous hush as Founder & CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International, Steve Morris began his announcement of this year’s Tri-Real-A-Thon recipient at the 11^th annual international convention. 

“The Tri-Real-A-Thon Award”, Morris explained, “outlines the three most important avenues of real estate in our company; listings, sales and sponsoring.  We’ve outlined specific parameters where our real estate associates are put to the test and only one can come out on top.”

In order to qualify for this prestigious designation, EXIT Realty associates must achieve a minimum of 24 sales ends, 35 listings and 4 people sponsored, all within the award period of July 1^st to June 30^th of the current year.  Despite the challenges faced by the real estate industry over the past couple of years, Robert Hoobler, Franchisee of EXIT Realty Platinum in Mechanicsburg, PA smashed these minimum qualifiers to take EXIT Realty’s top award. 

“Winning this award means a lot to me,” said Hoobler.  “Hard work and placing systems into action allows me to be able to do a high volume. I am actually going to raise the bar higher for next year.  I knew I was in the running and had a good shot at this award. Then when Steve said, “Wow… 246 Listings”, I knew then and there it was me!  It is an honor to have been awarded this designation. I would like to thank all who have congratulated me.”

Along with his 246 listings, Robert also achieved a whopping 213 sales and sponsored 5 people into the EXIT system - all within a one year period.  When Steve Morris says that the agents are the assets of this company, these statistics prove it.  Congratulations on your exciting win Robert, you deserve it.
