Whether we’re out and about showing homes to our buyer clients, or heading on over to put brochures in our seller client’s flyer boxes, we’re rarely chained to a desk in an office somewhere.
We constantly lug around our cell phones, our briefcases and our laptops. Some of which can get rather cumbersome at times.
Wouldn’t it be kind of neat if we could streamline at least the laptop portion of the baggage we haul around from home to home?
In the not too distant future, this little goodie might help lessen our load…

Our team has a set of "mini me" 9 inch computers that we can take out with us instead of the 17" buggers. We also put all of the flyers etc on flash drives and leave one with our clients. It has their listing agreement and the marketing materials. If for some reason we aren't available to come refill a brochure box they can print it at home. It has saved a lot of time running around town.
Oh my gosh, I need one of those today!! How very cool, well it's about time!! Thanks Craig for that look into the future, I am so ready, no more back breaking lugging bags...Wohoo!!!
On another note, I forgot to tell you how much I loved the graphics in this one --- and all your other posts lately. Really great and entertaining, too!
Liz - Unfortunately, I don't think they're available as of yet. But they will be soon!
Pat - I like the flash drive idea! I'm actually going to check into the cost of personalized ones. Rather than a pen or a memo pad, a flash drive might last a little longer.
Debbie - You have seen the future and it is good! And a lot more lightweight!
Amy - Me too! If for nothing else, the cool factor!
Toula - I was thinking that the tablet feature would be really cool for signing listing agreements, offers, etc.
It certainly would be impressive on an appointment.
Mary -I feel like I'M the one who's moving everytime I head out the door!
Mary, Mary (quite contrary) - Thank you Mary, Since most people like to be visually stimulated, I like to add lots of fun pics in my posts. Glad you liked them! It makes my efforts all worthwhile knowing my work is appreciated.
Ty - Thank you Ty. I appreciate your stopping on by and your kind words as well.
Jason - Thanks Jason. I think I'll wait a year or so until they work out the bugs. Then I want one! I'm curious what the initial price will be.
Harris - I appreciate the the kind words sir. And I agree, that laptop is one pretty cool machine.
Douglas - Feeling pretty good here in the Raleigh area right about now knowing my efforts are appreciated! Thank you Douglas!
Kathleen - Well I hope you won't need one too soon. That one isn't available yet..But it will be before you know it! Thank so subscribing to my blog! I'll do my best to insure that you never regret that decision!!!
Donna - I'm not so sure why that guy's walking so funny. Maybe he "downloaded" something!!!
I want one!!! Where do I get it! I already have a tablet pc which I love as it is lightweight and I can write my contacts up on it and my clients can sign on the tablet. Love it, now I just need lots and lots of clients :o)! Thanks for the post Craig!
Brenda - For a small fee, my buddy, who I only know as Vinny "The Fish" can get you one. You can either send a check to the "Craig Rutman Early Retirement Fund" or just click on the Paypal icon below. He'll take care of the rest!!!
Barbara - You're making me blush here in the Raleigh area! Thank you!
Carig- Im on board with Carole. Exercise and computer all rolled into one! LOL. On a more serious note not sure I could handle such an exocyic aniaml but then again....
Wow! I could learn to like that! Wonder what the initial pricing will be. As with everything new and techie I'm sure it will be prohibitive for me. LOL Thanks for sharing, Craig! BTW - where were you yesterday at the REBarCamp? You missed lots of great stuff!
Carol - I had a closing scheduled and I was in the middle of negotiations on a town home I sold after only 4 days on the market! I know I missed a good thing. I'll definitely be at the next one though.
Linda - I'm thinking you're right about this little goodie being easy on the back, but hard on the pocketbook!
Brenda - But Brenda, I'll contribute to yours if you contribute to mine!!! ;)
Terrie - Thank you Terrie! I had fun with this one. And when your son gets one, let us know how he likes it!!!
Sign me up now! I want one of those cool laptops! I will happily contribute to the early retirement fund to get one. Guido will bring you a brown paper bag full of small bills.
