  • How do pre-judgments and prejudices influence our business? I know that each of us has a story where we "assumed" one thing, only to be proven completely wrong.
  • Top 5 things that you have learned FROM your competition ...

    • What is acceptable debt for being a homeowner?
    • House Poor ... Is it worth it?
    • When is it better to RENT?
    • The true COST of the American Dream ...
  • Owner Carry Scenarios:
    • How to play it safe as a Seller
    • How to play it safe as a Buyer
    • How to make the contract win-win
  • What debt is worth refinancing your house for?

BJ Harrison: [about the Pope; before the Opera] "The Pope is doing exactly what you said he'd do, he's cleaning."

  • Approaching your Seller Clients about cleaning and de-cluttering
  • The importance and value of a stager
  • When is the stager necessary?
  • How to effectively "sell" a stager to your Seller Clients
  • Horror stories about "less than clean" homes that you have shown .... Or listed.
  • Religion and Real Estate. Where do YOU draw the line... or DO you?
  • Closing gifts: What is appropriate? (I have no idea why this quote made me think of this ... maybe the reference of the Opera??)

Don Altobello: "The richest man is the one with the most powerful friends."

  • The importance of surrounding yourself with successful people?
  • How do you really define success in real estate?

The Godfather series has been a great one with lots of creative ideas! Have you thought about adding a link for a concession stand so you can at least make a few dollars? Just imagine the smell of hot, buttered popcorn drifting from your monitor ...

Mariana...You're flapping again :)

I just wanted you to know that I have read this but for whatever reason I didn't comment. Huh. Something must have come up while I romping around in the rain.

These are some awesome ideas and I hope other's will utilize them. I would like to see some of this put into motion here on AR.

Wouldn't it be great to see a few members post something about assumptions? Personally I think the folks in our industry have to learn about not making those deadly assumptions :)

TLW...ROAR!
