First-Time Homebuyers - $8,000 Tax Credit Extended!!!

The federal government has approved an extension of the first-time homebuyer tax credit of up to $8,000. To qualify, you must not have been a home owner in the past 3 years, and you must sign a purchase agreement by April 30, 2010, and close by June 30.
