We just started doing a few videos of listings, local items of interest and videoed some of our answers to questions we recieve from clients. Posting these videos on our web sites and Face Book has brought us some neat comments from our sphere and prospective clients. We have learned that they don't have to look really professional and sometimes a few mistakes even add to the flavor. Great and inexpensive way to get more access.
