Nice place. Hope you get it sold. Maybe the tax extension will help.

November 27th is pretty tight, especially with the holidays. Maybe if you got another offer before 11/27, you could get the foreclosure postponed?

Gene - Like most of us in the real estate industry, I was thrilled to hear yesterday that the tax credit was extended. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it does keep the buyers looking..!

Melissa - Yes it is. I have received a very large amount of interest from numerous buyers since it first went on the market, but for some reason I can't get anything to stick and follow through all the way until settlement. I dedicated to my sellers and I am definitely pulling every trick out of the hat to get this house sold!

Kathryn - Thanks for the wish of luck! I seem to have no problem with foot traffic or even getting a contract, the struggle has been getting everything to follow through to settlement table. I'm doing everything and more for my sellers but some things I just can't control no matter how much I try. Only time will tell now.
