Hi Mike,

I thought the video was great, very easy to follow, not intimidating at all.  I could see it being a great information and sales tool.

We have a similar program in Idaho,  The Idaho Housing and Finance Association.  They don't have the spiffy videos.  I think I'll point them to this one, hint, hint!
