The green consumers see in Summerlin Las Vegas Nevada planned Reverence Village likely wont be in front lawns of the homes for sale in Summerlin. It will be environmentally friendly construction and landscaping techniques that builder Pulte Homes will use throughout the community.

When the 300 acre Reverence opens the community will bring environmental sensitive building to Summerlin Las Vegas NV.

Reverence environmental design will include a variety of different components.  Reverence will meet the Southern Nevada Water Authority's criteria to qualify as a water smart community, with features such as drought tolerant landscaping and water sipping plumbing fixtures. Sprinklers in common areas will operate with a weather sensitive programming system that will shut off watering or turn it on.  Reverence Summerlin Nevada real estate will also be the first Summerlin Village to go environmentally green.

Reverence Summerlin real estate will have five single family homes and one townhome community. Prices will range from the $200,00s to over $1 million, with homes from 1,000 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft.

Pulte Homes purchased the whole village with a 13,500 square foot recreation center. It's the first time Pulte Homes has gone green with an entire community, from residential neighborhoods to recreation areas.
