As you all know by now, I am a huge believer in systems and processes to make life easier and more profitable.  Last week this idea really got put to the test when I found a product offering better than my own.  Yikes!  Should I try to increase my skill level and elevate my systems to match this product offering, even though it is only a small part of my overall business?  Or should I partner with this company and offer the product directly to my clients?

This is living proof that I believe in the power of delegation.  I know I can write a newsletter (and I do, every month, for my clients), and I know you can, too.  But I cannot write one for consumers as well as The Agent Guide or manage the database with the ease they can because this is their core business.  And I know your time can be spent in more effective ways.  So I will leave the heavy lifting to them and concentrate on my core service offerings and recommend that you do the same.
