Roy, FHA loans have always been a good way to go for home buyers with limited funds. Are the FHA price caps high enough to cover buyers in your area?

Michael:  We have the maximum amounts for FHA loans in our area. Ideal for most of the first time home buyers.

FHA loan limits for Montgomery County and Frederick County:  $729,750.  Limit for FHA reverse mortgages:  $625,500.
