What a great lsiting. I am calculating how many sales I need to be able to make an offer on this house .... I think I need to get busy!!! This property looks great .

That has to be the most amazing view from the kitchen! One could only dream of waking each more to a view like that. I might actually get up earlier every day just to see that! Best wishes for a quick sell to you and your seller(s).

Georgina - that is 12,000 sq ft total, but 'only' 6,950 of that is heated/under air.
