I like it! The video is great! Did you use The Flip? How did you get those little text blocks pointing out property features into the video??? I want to try that!

Hi Jeani - Yes, it's a Flip video. When you post to You Tube, there is an "annotation" feature. When you start playing the video in your account page, just click on the little annotation square and enter the text, then choose the color of the text box. Repeat as you watch the video, wherever you want a note to appear. Thanks to activerain for making me aware of Flip videos. My Broker even bought one for anyone in the office to use!
